Before you send
MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU for standard models and 1,000 pcs for custom colours or hub markings. Mixed-SKU container orders are welcome — most distributors start with a 20 ft container combining 8–15 SKUs.
Yes. We ship 2–3 free samples to qualified distributors and OEM customers (freight collect). Samples are dispatched within 3 working days.
Both. OEM: your logo on the bracket, your packaging, your artwork. ODM: we have in-house tooling and can develop a new caster from your drawing — typical tooling lead time is 25–35 days.

Industrial models are tested to EN 12532 / ISO 22883 (≤1.1 m/s). Medical casters are tested to EN 12531 and IEC 60601 requirements. Furniture casters follow EN 12528. Test reports and RoHS/REACH declarations are available on request.
Every catalogue model has a 2D PDF drawing and a STEP file. Register with your company email and we will send the CAD package for the series you specify, usually within one working day.
